As you read this sample chapter, keep in mind that the beauty of what is being
proposed is that, in order to succeed, the referendum-voting concept mentioned
herein does not necessarily have to become accepted. We will succeed simply by
dragging important issues into the bright light of day, thereby forcing politicians
to declare whether they are in favor of open-book government and electing wisdom,
and then ensuring that they follow through forever. Let's see what happens to
those who say "No."
